As President, Mr. Hearing led Direct Holdings to rapid enterprise value growth by diversifying product lines and distribution channels and streamlining operations.
Mr. Hearing has advised non-profit organizations in several Board roles and has diverse experience leading international teams.
Mr. Hearing has extensive strategic experience helping organizations successfully face complex market challenges by identifying strategic opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements, followed by the creation and implementation of action plans to achieve their goals.
He has led multiple complex integrations to successfully realize full enterprise value from business combinations.
In addition, Mr. Hearing has led organizational restructuring efforts to improve profitability and has led both buy and sell sides of several acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Hearing earned a B.S.
from Villanova University and an M.B.A.
from the University of Maryland.
