Urstadt is currently the Chairman & President of Urstadt Property Co., Inc., Chairman of The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Inc., Secretary & Director of Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans, and President of CD Property Brokerage & Consulting LLC.
Previously, Mr. Urstadt served as the Chairman of Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc. from 1997 to 2023.
He was also the Executive Director-Sales at Halstead Property LLC from 2007 to 2009, the Director of New York State Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation from 1996 to 2002, and the Director of The New York Building Congress from 1988 to 1992.
Additionally, he held positions such as Director of Friends of Channel 13 from 1992 to 2001, President & Director of The East Side Association in 1997, Director of Miami Design Preservation League, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, Managing Director of Urstadt Real Estate LLC from 2008 to 2014, Director of Friends of Miami Marine Stadium, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, Executive Vice President of Brown Harris Stevens, Inc. from 1992 to 2001, and Publisher of New York Construction News from 1984 to 1992.
He also served as a Member of the Planning Board for the City of Miami Beach (Florida) and as a Member of the New York State Board For Historic Preservation.
