HBL Investment Fund is a closed-end investment fund/investment trust. Its objective is to maximize the wealth of the unit holders by investing primarily in listed equities in the available opportunities, while considering acceptable risk parameters and applicable rules and regulations. The company was founded in 1941 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.

The Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) is a non-profit association that was established in 1993 by three sponsoring bodies, namely The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, and the Auditor General of Pakistan. The non-profit company is based in Karachi, Pakistan. PIPFA is a full member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and provides professional excellence to public accountants in Pakistan. The affairs of the institute are managed by a 12-member Board of Governors comprising elected and nominated members. The Pakistani company was founded by Qaisar Mufti.
