BPIFrance Investissement Régions SAS (BPIfrance Investissement) is the private equity subsidiary of BPIFrance Investissement SAS itself a subsidiary of State-owned Banque Publique d’Investissement in France. Formerly known as FSI Régions SAS, the firm was established as Avenir Entreprises SA in 1984.
