Profil

Mr. Aaron Solomon, CPA, is Controller at Athenian Venture Partners.
He joined Athenian in 2008.
From August 2004 until joining Athenian, he was a Senior Audit Associate with Grant Thornton LLP in the South Florida office, working on publicly traded and privately held companies in the biotech, technology, railroad, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
He worked with clients on such transactions as debt restructurings, capital raises, capital investments, and acquisitions.
Previous to joining Grant Thornton, Mr. Solomon worked in finance and operations roles, on Wall Street with Merrill Lynch and in Miami with Pro Player Stadium.
He began his career in finance with the Florida Marlins.
Mr. Solomon is active in the community, serving as President of the Village at Harbor Beach Condominium Association, a Youth Advisor for the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization, and is a member of Orbis, a non-profit organization for South Florida business professionals.
He also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Solomon received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami, and received his MS in Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University.
