In the past Dr. Rohe was Co-Managing Director at Fluke Deutschland GmbH, Chief Operating Officer for PRÜFTECHNIK Dieter Busch AG and Manager for Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH.

He received a doctorate from Universität Stuttgart, an MBA from the University of Augsburg and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
