Presently, Roshnee Bardien is Executive Vice President-People at Gold Fields Ltd.

She is also on the board of Gold Fields Operations Ltd., Riversdale Anthracite Colliery Pty Ltd. and GFI Joint Venture Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

In the past Ms. Bardien was GM-Human Resources & Transformation at ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd., Head-Group Human Resources at London Mining Plc and Director-Human Resources for Royalsechaba Holdings Pty Ltd.

Ms. Bardien received an undergraduate degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
