Michael Brooks is on the board of North Carolina State University College of Sciences Foundation and Chief Operating Officer of Syneos Health, Inc.

In his past career Mr. Brooks occupied the position of President-Clinical Development & Commercialization at Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings and President & Global Head-Clinical Development at Labcorp Drug Development, Inc. (a subsidiary of Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings) and Executive VP & Global Head-Clinical Development at PRA Health Sciences, Inc.

Mr. Brooks received an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.
