Bernd Schulte occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer & Member-Supervisory Board at SUSS MicroTec Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. Dr. Schulte is also on the board of SÜSS MicroTec SE (former Chief Executive Officer), AIXTRON Ltd., APEVA SE and APEVA Holdings Ltd.

Dr. Schulte previously was Co-President at AIXTRON SE and Project Manager at Aixtron Semiconductor Technologies GmbH.

Dr. Schulte received a doctorate and an undergraduate degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
