Zhe Wang is on the board of Boill Healthcare Holdings Ltd. and Shanghai Financial Association and Secretary for Association of Shanghai Internet Financial Industry.

In the past Mr. Wang held the position of General Manager-Shenzhen Branch at China Gold Coin, Inc., Vice President for China Citic Bank (Shenzhen Branch), General Manager of Shanghai Gold Exchange and Secretary at China Foreign Exchange Trade System.

He received an MBA from Southwestern University of Finance & Economics.
