Xue Gong Zhang holds the position of Head-Human Resources Department at Sinochem Corp.

He is also Chairman-Supervisory Board at Sinochem International Corp. and Member of Communist Party of China.

Mr. Zhang previously occupied the position of Director & Executive Officer-Sulfur Fertilizer at Sinofert Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Zhang received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Tsinghua University.
