Presently, Xiao Ning Chen occupies the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board at IRICO Group New Energy Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is also Deputy General Manager at Irico Group Co. Ltd. and Member of China Communist Party School.

In the past Mr. Chen was General Manager & Executive Director for Irico Hefei Photovoltaic Co. Ltd.

Mr. Chen received an MBA from Northwest University and an undergraduate degree from China Jiliang University.
