Wieslaw Oles founded Oles & Rodzynkiewicz SpK. Mr. Oles holds the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board for Black Red White SA and Secretary & Member-Supervisory Board at CPD SA. Mr. Oles is also on the board of CCC SA (former Chairman-Supervisory Board) and Raport SA.

He previously occupied the position of Council Member at Leslawa Paga Foundation.

Wieslaw Oles received a graduate degree from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski.
