Currently, Virginia Boulet holds the position of Chairman for Velodyne Lidar, Inc. Ms. Boulet is also on the board of W&T Offshore, Inc.

Ms. Boulet previously held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of IMDiversity, Inc., Special Counsel at Adams & Reese LLP, Attorney at Jones Walker LLP, Securities Partner at Phelps Dunbar LLP and Managing Director at Legacy Capital LLC.

Ms. Boulet received an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a graduate degree from Tulane University Law School.
