In the past he held the position of President-Asia Pacific & Middle East Region at HCL Technologies Ltd. and President & Head-APAC Region at HCL Singapore Pte Ltd. (a subsidiary of HCL Technologies Ltd.), Chief Information Officer of SRF Finance Ltd. and Vice President of Coforge Ltd.

Mr. Aggarwal received a graduate degree from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra.
