Teruo Ozaki is Chairman of Accounting Advisory Co., Ltd. and Auditor of Baroque Japan Ltd. Mr. Ozaki is also on the board of Kansai Airports and Executive Officer of ORIX JREIT, Inc.

In the past Mr. Ozaki was Vice President of KPMG AZSA LLC.

Teruo Ozaki received an undergraduate degree from Yokohama National University.
