Currently, Sudhanshu Kumar Tripathi occupies the position of Chairman at NXTDigital Ltd. and Chairman at GOCL Corp. Ltd. Mr. Tripathi is also on the board of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd., Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd., Ashley Aviation Ltd. and IDL Explosives Ltd. and Member-Eastern Regional Council at All India Management Association.

In the past he was Group President & Head-Human Resource at Hinduja Group Ltd.

Mr. Tripathi received an MBA and a graduate degree from Xavier School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Birsa Institute of Technology.
