Founder of SynerChange International, Inc., Stacie S. Hagan currently is Chief People Officer for SecureWorks Corp. Ms. Hagan is also on the board of Technology Association of Georgia.

In the past she occupied the position of President for SynerChange International, Inc. and Executive Vice President-Customer Operations at EarthLink LLC.

She received an undergraduate degree from Yale University.
