(1976) Ltd. (which are all subsidiaries of Dah Sing Financial Holdings Ltd.), Chairman for Macau Insurance Co. Ltd., Chairman at Dah Sing Life Assurance Co., Ltd., Chairman for New Asian Shipping Co. Ltd. and Chairman for Macau Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Shou-Yeh Wong is also Member of The Hong Kong Association of Bank, Vice President of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, Member of The Chinese Banks Association Ltd. and Member of Hong Kong Shipowners' Association.

Mr. Wong received an undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
