(China), Chairman & President for Motorola China Electronics Co., Ltd., Managing Director & GM-Enterprise Business at China Hewlett-Packard Co., Ltd., Chairman & President-China Region at Motorola, Inc. and Manager-Business & Product Marketing at Bell Laboratories.

Ruey-Bin Kao received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tamkang, a graduate degree from the University of Delaware and a doctorate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
