He is also Chairman-Trustees Board at Swiss Finance Institute, Member of The State Bar of California and Member of Zurich Bar Association and on the board of 5 other companies.

He previously held the position of Attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, Partner at Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA (Investment Management), Attorney at Homburger Rechtsanwalte and Head-Corporate Finance at Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA.

Dr. Cerutti received a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a doctorate, a graduate degree and a doctorate from the University of Fribourg.
