Rafael Felipe Aguirre Gomez founded Mera Corp. Currently, he occupies the position of Chairman of Bite Acquisition Corp. and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Mera Corp.

He is also on the board of Fundación Mexicana Para La Educación, La Tecnología Y La Cienc and Fundación Ciudad de la Alegría.

In the past he was Chairman-Quintana Roo Chapter at Nacional Financiera SNC and Chairman of the University of Anahuac.
