Presently, Peter Yates is Secretary for Medcolcanna Organics, Inc. Mr. Yates is also on the board of ROK Resources, Inc.

In the past Mr. Yates occupied the position of Associate of Heenan Blaikie LLP, Associate of Field LLP and Partner at Dentons Canada LLP.

He received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a graduate degree from Dalhousie University.
