Presently, Peter Leys is Executive Chairman for Materialise NV.

In the past Mr. Leys occupied the position of Co-Head-Corporate Finance Practice Group at Baker & Mckenzie CVBA.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a graduate degree from the University of Georgia.
