Nir Avram founded InnoCan Pharma Corp. Mr. Avram occupies the position of Vice President-Research & Development of Emilia Cosmetics Ltd., Vice President-Research & Development for Emilia Resources LLC (a subsidiary of Emilia Cosmetics Ltd.) and Chief Technology Officer for InnoCan Pharma Corp.

Mr. Avram previously occupied the position of Vice President-Research & Development for Careline Ltd.
