Muhterem Kaan Terzioglu is a businessperson who has been at the head of 5 different companies. Currently, Mr. Terzioglu occupies the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of VEON Ltd. and Chairman of Vimpel-Communications PJSC, Chairman-Supervisory Board for Kyivstar GSM JSC and Co-Chief Executive Officer of VEON Holdings BV (which are all subsidiaries of VEON Ltd.).

In his past career he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of TURKCELL Iletisim Hizmetleri AS, Vice President-Central & Eastern Europe at Cisco Systems Belgium SPRL and Vice President-Consultancy Services at Arthur Andersen & Co. (Turkey).

Mr. Terzioglu received an undergraduate degree from Bogazici University.
