In his past career Mr. Utsler was President at BP Gulf Coast Restoration Organization, Chief Operating Officer at BP Plc, Chief Operating Officer of Woodside Petroleum Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer for Woodside Energy Ltd. (a subsidiary of Woodside Petroleum Ltd.) and Chief Operating Officer of New Fortress Energy, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.
