Maxim Stanislavovich Oreshkin is on the board of Sberbank Russia PJSC, Rosneft Oil Co., State Development Corp. VEB.RF and Rosneftegaz JSC.

In his past career Mr. Oreshkin held the position of Director-Long Term Strategic Planning at Russia Ministry of Finance, Head-Analytical Unit at Crédit Agricole CIB ZAO and Chief Economist at VTB Capital JSC (Broker).

He received a graduate degree from Higher School of Economics.
