Ms. Jones is also Member of Association of Corporate Counsel, Director-Mississippi Valley Division at March of Dimes Foundation, Member of The American Law Institute, Member of Illinois State Bar Association, Member of The Iowa State Bar Association and Member of Association of General Counsel and on the board of 6 other companies.

Ms. Jones received an undergraduate degree from Truman State University and a graduate degree from The University of Iowa College of Law.
