(a subsidiary of Au Gold Corp.) and Chief Operating Officer & Director at Alianza Holdings Ltd. Mr. Blythe is also Member of Yukon Chamber of Mines and on the board of 5 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Blythe held the position of Vice President-Mining at Almaden Minerals Ltd., Vice President-Strategic Development at Rockhaven Resources Ltd., President, CEO, Director & Head-Investor Relations at Tarsis Resources Ltd., Senior Engineer-Mining at Placer Dome, Inc., Vice President-Corporate Development for Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC.

He received an MBA from LaTrobe University, an undergraduate degree from Western Australian School of Mines and a graduate degree from The Royal School of Mines.
