Currently, Man Tak Cheng is Chairman & President for The Federation of Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers. Mr. Cheng is also Chairman at Clothing Industry Training Authority, Vice Chairman-Group XXIV at Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Member of Employees Retraining Board, Executive Vice President of Hong Kong Causeway Bay Industry & Commerce Association Ltd. and Member of Occupational Safety & Health Council and on the board of 5 other companies.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
