Currently, Lawrence F. Probst holds the position of Chairman of Electronic Arts, Inc. and Chairman at Electronic Arts (Canada), Inc. (a subsidiary of Electronic Arts, Inc.). Mr. Probst is also on the board of The V Foundation for Cancer Research, Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure, Inc. and Digital Entertainment Corp. of America.

In the past Mr. Probst was Member of International Olympic Committee, Manager-National Accounts at The Clorox Co., Manager-National Sales at Activision, Inc. and Chairman & President at United States Olympic Committee.

Mr. Probst received an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
