Presently, Laura Kate Hagan occupies the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tate & Lyle Plc and Chief Human Resources Officer for Circadia Ventures LLP (a subsidiary of Tate & Lyle Plc). Ms. Hagan is also on the board of Fevertree Drinks Plc.

In the past Ms. Hagan held the position of Group Director-Human Resources at Dyson Ltd.

Ms. Hagan received an undergraduate degree from The University of Exeter.
