(a subsidiary of Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd.). Mr. Yu is also on the board of Maxwell Capital Management Ltd. and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He previously was Controller at Coastal Greenland Ltd. and Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu China.

Mr. Yu received an undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
