Kazuaki Kama is a businessperson who has been at the head of 7 different companies and presently holds the position of Chairman of Coastal Development Institute of Technology.

He is also on the board of Sumitomo Life Insurance Co., Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd., Japanese Aero Engines Corp. and The Shipbuilders' Association of Japan (former Chairman) and Chairman of Financial Accounting Standards Foundation and Chairman of Japan Vocational Ability Development Association.

Mr. Kama previously was Director at IHI Corp., Chairman for The Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies and Chairman for Japan Ship Exporters' Association.

Kazuaki Kama received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tokyo.
