She is also on the board of MARNA Beteiligungen AG, Sparta AG and Heidelberger Beteiligungsholding AG and Professor at Hochschule RheinMain and Head-Global Equity Allocation at Stüfe & Partner Vermögensverwaltung oHG.

She previously held the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board at Panamax AG, Chairman-Supervisory Board at Kingstone Europe AG, Member-Supervisory Board at Alpha Cleantec AG and Member-Supervisory Board at Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG.

Karin Lergenmüller received a doctorate from Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and an undergraduate degree from Hochschule Worms.
