Presently, Kai Bertil Wärn occupies the position of Chairman of Electrolux Professional AB and Chairman-Supervisory Board for GARDENA GmbH.

He is also on the board of Electrolux AB, Hansa AG, Jernkontoret and Stål och Metall Arbetsgivareförbundet.

In his past career he was President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Husqvarna AB, President & Chief Executive Officer at Seco Tools AB and Partner at IK Investment Partners Norden AB.

Mr. Wärn received an undergraduate degree from Royal Institute of Technology.
