John Nelson Fox is Non-Executive Chairman at OneSpan, Inc.

He is also on the board of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp., Wabash College, Steppenwolf Theatre Co. and Cognizant Technology Solutions GmbH.

In his past career Mr. Fox held the position of Global Director-Strategic Clients at Deloitte Consulting LLP.

He received an undergraduate degree from Wabash College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
