Jochen Weise is on the board of VNG AG and OMV Petrom SA.

Dr. Weise previously held the position of Member-Management Board at E.ON Ruhrgas AG and Director-Commercial Sales at Deutsche Shell GmbH.

He received a graduate degree from Ruhr Universität Bochum and a graduate degree and a doctorate from the University of Bonn.
