In his past career he held the position of Senior Vice President-Engineering & Operations at LinkedIn Corp., Vice President-Engineering of AdMob, Inc., Engineering Manager at Google LLC and Member-Professions Board at Association for Computing Machinery, Inc.

James Kevin Scott received a graduate degree from Wake Forest University and an undergraduate degree from Lynchburg College.
