Currently, Horst Garbrecht occupies the position of Chairman-Management Board at Metabowerke GmbH and Managing Director at CeramTec Group GmbH. Mr. Garbrecht is also on the board of Basler AG.

Mr. Garbrecht previously was Chief Operating Officer-Europe at Koki Holdings Co. Ltd. Managing Director at metabo AG and Co-Managing Director at Metabo Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG (both are subsidiaries of Koki Holdings Co. Ltd.).

Horst Garbrecht received an undergraduate degree from the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen.
