Founder of Cornell Capital LLC and Cornell Capital LLC (Private Equity), Henry Cornell presently occupies the position of Chairman of Citizens Committee for New York City and Chief Executive Officer for Cornell Capital LLC, Senior Partner at Cornell Capital LLC (Private Equity) (a subsidiary of Cornell Capital LLC). Mr. Cornell is also Member of Council on Foreign Relations, Inc. and on the board of 9 other companies.

In the past Mr. Cornell was Attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Vice Chairman-Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Capital Partners.

Mr. Cornell received an undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and a graduate degree from New York Law School.
