Hai Jun Zhao is Chairman for LFoundry Srl.

He is also on the board of Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. and Co-Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp.

In his past career Dr. Zhao was General Manager at Semiconductor Manufacturing North China (Beijing) Corp.

He received a doctorate and an undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
