He previously held the position of General Manager-Research & Development at Nidek Technolgies, Software Engineer at Fortune Technologies Pvt Ltd. and Researcher at the University of Udine.

Mr. Barbaro received a graduate degree from the University of Padua and a graduate degree from the University of Patras.
