Gennady Nikolaevich Sukhov is on the board of Mosenergo OAO, Gazprom Neft PJSC and Territorial Generating Co. No 1 PJSC and Deputy Head-Department 314 at Gazprom PJSC.

Mr. Sukhov previously occupied the position of Deputy Head-Gas Sales Directorate at Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Lipetsk and Deputy Head-Operations & Control Service at Yugtransgaz.

Mr. Sukhov received an undergraduate degree from Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov and an undergraduate degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy & Public.
