Presently, Fabiola Mascardi is Chairman for Iren Acqua SpA.

She is also on the board of Italgas SpA, Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice, Antares Vision SpA and ENAV SpA and Professor at Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata.

In her past career she was Chairman at Acque Potabili SpA and Chairman for Iren Ambiente SpA.

She received a graduate degree from the University of Genoa.
