He previously held the position of President, CEO, CFO, Secretary & Treasurer of Zev Ventures, Inc., Accountant of Ernst & Young LLP (Missouri), Principal at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and Partner & Research Director at Clough Capital Partners LP.

He received an MBA from The University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
