Presently, Emer Daly is Chairman at RSA Insurance Ireland DAC. Ms. Daly is also Member-Foreign Affairs at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past Ms. Daly was Non-Executive Director at EirGrid Plc, Chairman for Dublin Dental University Hospital, Member of The Property Registration Authority, Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Principal at Pricewaterhouse & Co.

She received an undergraduate degree from University College Dublin.
