Presently, Emanuel C. Hofacker is General Counsel of Cembra Money Bank AG and Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2012-1 GmbH, Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2013-1 GmbH, Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2015-1 GmbH and Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2016-1 GmbH (which are all subsidiaries of Cembra Money Bank AG).

He is also on the board of EFL Autoleasing AG, International Karate Organisation Kyokushinkai, Swissbilling SA and cashgate AG and Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2012-1 GmbH, Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2013-1 GmbH, Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2015-1 GmbH and Member of Swiss Auto Lease 2016-1 GmbH.

In his past career Emanuel C. Hofacker occupied the position of Associate for Prager Dreifuss AG and Senior Legal Counsel at DKSH Holding AG.

Dr. Hofacker received a graduate degree and a doctorate from the University of Zurich.
