She previously held the position of VP-Surface Mining & Technology Division at Caterpillar, Inc. and COO, SVP-Locomotive & Railcar Services Business at Progress Rail Services Corp. (a subsidiary of Caterpillar, Inc.) and General Manager at Parker-Hannifin Corp.

Ms. Savage received an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio) and a graduate degree from the University of Dayton.
